TERMS & AGREEMENTS
CONTRACT AGREEMENTÂ
This agreement is made between Eli FX Studio - Lauren Eliza MUA (The Makeup Artist) and The Client.Â
1. Services & Responsibilites
The Makeup Artist agrees to provide hair, makeup and special effects services as discussed and agreed prior to production, including application, maintenance, and continuity where required.
2. Dates & Locations
Services will be carried out on agreed dates and at agreed locations as confirmed by both parties prior to the production.Â
3. Rates & Payment
The standard day rate is £120 - £150 per day unless agreed overwise. Rates may be adjusted depending on the scale and nature of the project. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless stated otherwise.Â
4. Kits & Materials
The day rates includes the use of a standard professional kit. Additional costs may apply for prosthetics, specialist materials, or custom work.
5. Prosthetics & Additional Work
Any prosthetic design, sculpting, moulding, or preparation work will be charged separately unless otherwise agreed in writing.Â
6. Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation, any costs for preparation, materials, or equipment purchased specifically for the project may be charged. Fees will be determined based on the stage of work completed at the time of cancellation.
7. Usage Rights
The Makeup Artist retains the right to use images of the work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise.Â
8. Health & Safety
The Makeup Artist will follow appropriate hygiene and safety standards. The Client must inform the artist of any allergies or sensitivities prior to application.Â
9. Agreement
By confirming a booking, the Client agrees to the terms outlined above.

PROSTHETIC TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Custom Work
All custom prosthetic pieces are designed and created based on individual client requirements and project specifications.Â
2. Consultation
A consultation is required for any custom work prior to production or project to discuss design, sizing, and application. This may include measurements or life casting where necessary.Â
3. Pricing
Prices vary depending on complexity, size, and materials used. A final quote will be provided prior to the start of work.Â
4. Cancellation & Payment
In case of cancellation, a 25% non-refundable deposit will be required before work begins. This amount may be adjusted to reflect the cost of materials and resources required. Full payment must be completed prior to delivery or application unless agreed otherwise.Â
5. Turnaround Time
Timing will vary based on the complexity of the piece. Estimated timelines will be provided during the consultation. Prosthetic designs require a minimum 3 week lead time for sculpting and moulding (depending on complexity).
6. AdjustmentsÂ
Minor adjustments may be possible. However, significant changes after approval may involve additional charges.
7. Usage Rights
Prosthetic designs remains the property of Eli FX Studio. The artist reserves the right to use images of the work for portfolio and promotional purposes. Where Eli FX Studio is acting solely as the supplier and not the on-set makeup artist, credit for prosthetic design is required for any production or published work.Â
8. Care & Application
The client is responsible for proper handling unless application services are provided by the makeup artist.Â
9. Agreement
By proceeding with an order, the client agrees to these terms.Â
